Infrastructure software update., scheduled 7 years ago

To always improve our service and to ensure a better and safer web in the early morning of 1 Mar. 2019 our technical partner will perform an upgrade of our software infrastructure.

The upgrade will be applied sequentially on all servers between 05:00 AM and 06:00 AM (Oslo timezone). It should cause only an imperceptible or minimal impact , a short downtime might occur on some sites, however should be limited to 1-2 minutes.

This upgrade will provide:

  • Faster websites with the added support for HTTP/2. Speed comparison here; Technical info here.

  • Safer HTTPs requests with improved DH Params file. tech info: here and here

Important Note: Both improvements will only be visible on your site only if you have HTTPS enabled on your site, if you don't have it already get in touch with us and we will set it up on your site!

Drupal 8 security issue resolved

We successfully patched all of our Drupal 8 sites against the highly critical security vulnerability.

In addition we patched 5 of our Drupal 7 sites that have been affected by the same security issue.

Drupal highly critical security update PSA-2019-02-19, scheduled 7 years ago

At the 19.02.2019 we got informed about the upcoming highly critical Drupal security release, which will be released between 19.00 - 23.00 at 20.02.2019. It will affect all sites, that are running under Drupal 8.

Our technical team is aware and prepared for the security release and patch the corresponding sites automatically as soon as possible after the release. If we identify, that also Drupal 7 sites are affected, we will perform the required updates, too.
