Prod 01 [RESOLVED] Software component stopped working.

During a routine software upgrade one component stopped working, we have identified the issue and we're working with out Technical partner to fix this.

08:58 Update: Reinstalling the software is causing us some further issues, we're working to get it back working as expected. ETA: 15-20 minutes

09:14 Update: We were able to setup the correct version of the software, but it's still behaving not as expected, we're now cleaning up some configurations and restarting the services one by one.

09:35 Update: Software is up and running and within the next few minutes all sites should be coming back online.

09:45 Resolved: All sites are back up and running.
